Yes, it’s finally SUMMER! It’s the time of year, when you start doing everything outside: dinners, films, meetings, sleeping, baths, doctors visits, depravation chambers, etc. I love how everyone just takes their life outside for as much of it as they can, while they can. Drinking in the warm, fresh air, like it’s the last taste they will ever get (and judging from these Canadian fires…. it might be.) Summer is the time when we let normal structures go, and just do what feels best. Do you want to lie in a field today? Or go on all the kids rides in Coney Island? Or stalk all of your college exes on Instagram? Or drag all your neighbor’s furniture out their house and recreate their rooms in the lot across the street from their house? Sure. It’s all just part of the frivolous, youthful summer experience! I wonder if Donald will use that excuse for taking SO many classified documents, “It’s part of the youthful exuberance of my age.”
